Jonathan Sammartino, Ph.D.

I am currently a member of the Upper School Faculty at French American International School in San Francisco. I teach Psychology, Theory of Knowledge, and Humanities in grades 9 and 10.

I also work on relaxation and stress reduction exercises as part of Adventures in Tranquility. More information about that work can be found here.

In January 2011, I received my PhD from the Psychology Department at UC Berkeley, where I worked in  Steve Palmer's Visual Perception Lab. If you would like to learn more about the Palmer Lab, click here, or to browse my research, use the Research link at the top.

An interest in digital art and photography led to my study of psychology. Some of my work is available under the Art link above.

I offer consultations in photo editing, graphic design, and general computer use of Macintosh and PC computers at reasonable rates. If interested, please use the  Consulting link above.
